20 year old board still in the water...
Just recently I met up with long time surfer and friend Al to take a look at a board that he still rides. Turns out that this is board #006 shaped over 20 years ago and although its a little rough it still floats. Al has fixed several dings, patched holes and reglassed sections of the board but wont put it to rest. We met up to talk about a new version of this board and when it happens will put old board #006 on the wall for decoration.
